BIBLIOTHERAPY

Reading is a conversation. All books talk. But a good book listens as well.

BIBLIOTHERAPY
Most of the psychoeducational workshops I provide are based on Bibliotherapy a creative arts therapies modality that involves the use of a text for the purpose of learning and healing. Sometimes, the text can be a story or a poem, but other times it can be a psychotherapy book written for clients, for example, “Breaking Negative Thinking Patterns” by Gitta Jacobs or “Love me Don’t Leave Me” by Michelle Skeen
Bibliotherapy is combined with writing so I always urge you to bring a journal. My workshops are via Zoom video conferencing. My groups are small and held once a monthly. If you miss a workshop, please note it will repeat again. (Photo - thank you Willgard / 764 images)
